We say it's for training. but it's real comfy for chilling too. The 7 ½ half zip goes from mock neck to v-neck in a flash. and there are cute thumbholes at the sleeve to prevent roll-up and for palm protection—but it's ok if you use them just because they feel like a soft hand hug.
